Linda Gregory wanted an HR and employment law resource that supported her needs as an industrial relations manager. She was also eager to provide her entire HR department access to reliable and up-to-date guidance they could utilise in their roles and to support the conversations they were having with staff.
The HR team is approximately 100 members strong with a variety of specialized roles. It includes generalists, employee relations specialists and reward specialists, as well as legal consultants and health and safety professionals.
