Pay transparency has emerged as a crucial factor in enhancing the employee experience, as employers actively address employees’ demand for open discussions about compensation.

Recognising the many advantages associated with pay transparency, such as increased engagement and productivity, employers are now embracing transparency policies and practices beyond their compliance obligations. As a result, these employers are making a better employee experience a reality within their organisations.

Join Pay Equity Leader, Sabina Mehmood, and Brightmine™ (formerly XpertHR) Pay Equity Specialists as they discuss pay transparency, its impact on the employee experience, and the steps employers can take to drive their own pay transparency progress.
