    Debbie is a UK-based workplace wellbeing and training specialist. She ran her own health insurance business for 15 years, then completed a MSc in Workplace Wellbeing in 2012. She is a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England instructor and has a CPCAB qualification in Stress Management. She runs a range of bespoke wellbeing-related workshops. Feedback from delegates is overwhelmingly positive and Debbie brings her experience and broader context to her training by running interactive and engaging courses. She has an in-depth knowledge of workplace wellbeing which she applies to all her work.

    Debbie is a regular speaker covering mental health, stress and workplace wellbeing. Debbie works closely with HR, Occupational Health and Health & Safety as well as business owners as an adviser and trainer. She is also a qualified coach.

    Liam Holmes is a performance nutritionist and the founder of pH Nutrition, specializing in nutrition coaching for CrossFit, football, and body composition. With a background in elite sports, Liam has developed a unique, individualized approach to nutrition, combining evidence-based strategies with practical experience.

    He has worked extensively with CrossFit athletes, footballers, cyclists, and triathletes, helping them optimize performance, recovery, and overall health. Through personalized nutrition plans, Liam has achieved outstanding results in improving both athletic performance and body composition. Passionate about empowering individuals with the right tools and knowledge, he continues to refine his methods through ongoing research, seminars, and hands-on coaching.
